The hidden problem

Your phone knows everything about your health.
Nobody can see it when it counts.

Apple Health has your blood type. Your Notes app has your allergies. Your contacts have your ICE number. But in an emergency, your phone is locked — and paramedics don't have your Face ID.

what it takes to see your blood type with iVital — picked up, no unlock needed
Built for the moment you need it

Everything a paramedic needs. Nothing they don't.

iVital is designed around one idea: the fastest possible path from a stranger picking up your phone to knowing what's wrong with you.

A card paramedics are trained to read

High-contrast layout, blood type in Fraunces 72pt, allergies color-coded red. Built with input from ER nurses — not designers guessing.

Zero telemetry. Zero cloud.

All data is stored in SwiftData on your device. No account, no server, no third-party SDK. Deleting the app permanently deletes every byte.

PDF export for your doctor

Generate a professional summary card for doctor visits, travel, or your wallet. Print it, share it, file it.

Setup in under a minute

Three steps. One that could matter most.

01

Import from Apple Health

One tap pulls your blood type and date of birth from Medical ID. Then add allergies, conditions, medications, and ICE contacts directly in iVital in seconds.

02

Add the widget

Long-press your Lock Screen, add the iVital widget. Your blood type and critical allergy are now visible at all times.

03

Stop thinking about it

Your emergency card updates automatically from Apple Health. If something happens, the first person to pick up your phone can help.

Privacy

Health data is personal. We treat it that way.

iVital was built with a rule: your data never leaves your phone. No server. No account. No "anonymous analytics." No telemetry of any kind.

We can't see your data. We can't sell your data. We wouldn't know how.

Pricing

Free forever. Pro when you need more.

The emergency card, widget, and HealthKit sync are free for everyone. Forever. Because being able to identify a patient shouldn't be a subscription.

Questions

The short answers.

Isn't Apple's Medical ID already on the Lock Screen?
It's there — but behind the emergency call flow, which most people don't know how to reach. iVital puts your blood type and critical allergies on the Lock Screen itself, visible the moment a phone is picked up. No taps required.
Does iVital send my data anywhere?
No. Not to us, not to Apple (beyond HealthKit reads from Medical ID that you authorize), not to anyone. All data is stored locally in SwiftData on your device. iVital reads your blood type and date of birth from Apple Health if you grant permission — but never writes back. The app has no server and makes no network requests for your health data.
What happens if I delete the app?
Everything you entered is permanently deleted from your device. Since nothing is synced to a cloud, there's nothing to recover. If you want a backup, export your card as PDF first (Pro).
Can I cancel the Pro trial?
Yes — any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you aren't charged. Pro features simply stop at the end of your billing period.
Which languages are supported?
iVital launches with English and Turkish. Additional languages are rolling out based on demand — if you want to see your language, write to us at support@ivital.app.
Does iVital work on Apple Watch?
A dedicated Watch app is planned for a future release. For now, your emergency info is most effective on the iPhone Lock Screen, where first responders are trained to look.
